  I have had investment properties in three States of Australia, being Hobart, Sydney and Hervey Bay QLD for over a quarter of a Century. My experience in Tasmania over 12 years was unfortunately very disappointing to say the least. Sydney 20 years was and still is very pleasing and very professional as is my experience of 21 years in Queensland mainly with Ray White Hervey Bay Hervey Bay. I have been very impressed with Colin. Colin as far as I'm concerned walks the talk!

  My partner and I have been renting through Ray White for almost 3 years and we have had a great experience. We have had Colin as our main property manager for majority of the time and he has been great! Very helpful whenever we need a hand with something or have ever had any issues which if any have been minor and fixed very quickly.

  I first became aquanted with Colin some years ago when there was a maintenance issue that he made me aware of that he had attended to and addressed. Since then I have basically dealt with Colin personally on all matters including the lease itself and he has been a pleasure to deal with every time FIVE STARS for a terrific employee.

  Leasing my investment property with Ray White Hervey Bay was the best thing I could have done.
