  We were actually called and given security about their professionalism and expertise with a promise of 'said' verbal agreement. Now we are in turmoil due to written paperwork which belies all trust.

  Being made to pay a whopping $3,000 in fees (fine print) even when they didn't sell our home. The agreement was we pay a small amount upfront for advertising and if they don't sell, no costs. We're now being harassed for an extra $3,000. My gosh - we're pensioners and we told them so from the get go. We were approached by them, we didn't seek them out.

  Was walking past a prospective property with a "for sale" sign out the front, and after many attempts by both myself and my partner to find the property on their website - we gave up!
