  A unique place to eat in Hervey Bay; Small minimalist kitchen and area to eat, not very comfortable to seat groups larger than 3 people. Food is served in compact cardboard take-away containers. Overall it feels like a fish and chip shop for Japanese quisine. Gluten free meals. Japanese style small dishes ~$13-14 for mains, ~$5 for drinks and sides... The menu only has a couple of things to choose from but changes frequently. Food is quite tasty, and the husband and wife team that run the restaurant are saccharine sweet. Cash only accepted here, customers are routinely directed to walk over to the atm at the beach house, which can stifle the mood.

  Absolutely amazing place, very authentic Japanese flavours! Love the secret vegan/vegetarian menu he has for the people in the know, food is just amazing, and amazing owners too! Need to go more often, lots of love for the only Japanese style food in the bay.

  Great little Japanese joint by the bay! Had the teriyaki chicken and it was deliciously smokey :) :) :) very friendly staff. It's cash only so bring the dollar bills yo.

  Amazing to have a chef trained at hatted restaurants making high quality food for such a reasonable price. The service is also excellent with typical Japanese politeness and efficiency. Locals here are very lucky. I loved the special char grilled prawns and wasabi mayo.

  Authentic Japanese charcoal grill. Beautiful flavours using local fresh produce. とてもおいしかったです！Highly recommend. And cards now accepted.
